Dear Friends,
I would like to start off by giving a missions report for 2010 for the Ministry of Helps International.
One thing Kathy and I have noticed this past year is how the International doors are beginning to open for the teaching on the ministry of Helps. Over the years we have traveled some overseas but maybe only once or twice a year. In 2010 we ministered in Canada, Argentina, Peru, Ecuador, Greece, Lebanon, Honduras, and Guatemala. We also ministered in over 28 churches in the United States. I was told this year that my classes in
www.isom.org are being taught in over 100,000 bible schools in 60 different languages around the world and another Bible School is using my DVD teachings in over 2,000 of their schools overseas, to Jesus be the glory. We now have all of my books in Spanish with Harrison House publishers which are being used in many Bible schools and churches. We have helped many churches this year with their technology needs, also.
When doors open we must walk through them and Kathy and I see the International doors opening. We have already booked 7 countries for 2011 and believe there will be many more. We are writing to you to ask about helping us with the budget of our ministry for the year of 2011. We have noticed a change in the way churches in the USA are having meetings because of the economic changes. Kathy and I have never solicited partners from church members and have really never had many monthly supporters ,so we keep a low overhead for the ministry so we can go to churches of all sizes. Many Pastors are surprised that I don't have a required amount to come to their church. When I first started in the ministry the Lord told me if I became selective about the churches that I go to according to their size I would no longer be in the ministry of helps. One of my goals in ministry is to be able to give the offering back to the church to buy equipment for the Helps ministries. As of yet, I have never been able to do that. I am going to ask other Pastors that we are associated with if they would also help for the year of 2011.
This is going to be a new step of faith for Kathy and I and we ask for your prayers. We are excited about making a commitment to the nations. I personally am excited because Kathy is excited about going with me. We have been having so much fun traveling together and want to continue doing so. We are going to take this one year at time so we are not asking for a lifetime commitment of financial help, just for the year of 2011.
Kathy and I want to thank you for believing in the teaching on the ministry of helps and planting seed in the ministry. We are good ground that will produce a great harvest.
