Spiritual Assessment Test

Our online Assessment Packs include a personality test, a spiritual gift test, a leadership style test for team building, and skills tracking...all to help individuals understand their "Divine Design."
Individuals not associated with any particular ministry may take the AssessME.org assessments for their own personal and ministerial benefit. The results of your assessments will remain private, and will not be shared with any other ministry.  However, you will want to retain your report information, and refer to it when team building.

There is a $12.00 donation fee for each Assessment Pack taken. After making your donation thru PayPal portal you will be taken to the online Assessment Pack. God Bless!

A single "Assessment Pack" consists of the following assessments:

The ePersonality (personality test) is a 4-quadrant assessment tool which divides the spectrum of Christ Followers into 16 Ministry Temperaments. The exclusive objective of the ePersonality assessment is to identify how God wired each person for ministry service, and the assessment reports clearly reflect this priority. An individual's Ministry Temperament is their unique ministry style which is defined by God-ordained personality dynamics. God knew the "good works" that He prepared in advance for us (Ephesians 2:10), and so he equipped us with everything good for doing His will (Hebrews 13:20,21)...this includes our personality inspired Ministry Temperament.

Each ePersonality report contains a descriptive title that is relevant to ministry, ministry service highlights, a summary description of the candidate's Ministry Temperament profile...i.e., who God made the candidate to be, what the candidate can contribute to the local church ministry, and an explanation of how leadership may help ensure the candidate's ministry success.

Serving From Our Strengths:
One very unique and powerful feature of the (graceGIFTS spiritual gifts test) is that the report format focuses upon the top six gift listings for each individual, and only tracks the top three listings for purposes of team building. It is essential that Christ’s people be affirmed for the strengths that God has given them, and that team building within Christ’s Church is based upon those strengths.

When people serve out of weaker gifting areas, they will always experience higher levels of stress, lower levels of satisfaction, and limited effectiveness. Certainly, "when we are weak, God is strong". But the whole reason for exploring spiritual gifts is to learn how God is working and empowering people for ministry...a foundational team building principle. In addition, spiritual gifts should always be interpreted in light on each individual’s personality test results. Our personality profile defines how we use and express the spiritual gifts God gives us.

Defining Our Gift Styles:
Another unique and powerful feature of the graceGIFTS assessment is that for each top level gift listed within a report, each person may select specific "styles" or uses of their spiritual gifts that best suites their personality (see our personality test, ePersonality) and experience (see our skills tracking program). For example, an individual who scores high as an Administrator may identify the type of Administrator God created them to be. This information is crucial for effective team building. A sample report and options are presented on the screen to the right.

Leadership Style is related to our personality test results. While our personality test results help define "who we are", we also possess a Leadership Style that defines "how we best fit" within a leadership team. God did not call His people to be spiritual "Lone Rangers". He called us to be a "body"...more specifically, the "Body of Christ". The Bible is very clear that God positions people within the Body, exactly as He wants them to be. The Bible is also clear that we who make up the Body of Christ comprise "many members"...we are not all hands or feet…in today’s terms, we serve a part of a team.

The LEADERSHIP STYLE assessment plots the individual on a continuum consisting of six team building roles unique to ministry leadership. The left side of the continuum consists of highly task-oriented, entrepreneurial leaders. The right side of the continuum consists of highly relational and
non-task oriented leaders.  When team building, a healthy "Three-Cord-Team" (Ecclesiastes 4:12) will consist of at least three key team members:

• A Team Administrator (Ensures the details are properly addressed)
• A Team Leader (Leads and motivates the team to accomplish the mission)
• A Shepherding Leader (Pastors/Encourages the team as they accomplish the mission)
