We are going to look at why some people don't return to your church.  We will look at decor, dress, attitude, and all Ministry of Helps departments. I am often told that the pastor is the reason that people don't return. It is a proven fact that the first person you meet in a new location determines if you return or not. This workshop is for all who are serving in the Ministry of Helps and leadership in the church.
