It's been said that teamwork makes the dream work.
One of the most valuable things we can do as leaders is to invest in those we work with and develop a quality team.
We can do that in a number of ways:
- Help them discover and develop their potential.
- Help them discover the dream they were created for.
- Help them focus on their strengths.
- Help them adjust and correct character flaws.
- Help them learn to be patient and take one step at a time.
- Put resources into their hands.
- Expose them to large experiences that take them to new levels.
We must never forget that when we enrich others, we ultimately enrich ourselves. What we make happen for other, God will make happen for us.
It's a win-win proposition!
