Workshop Synopsis:
We title this " Winning First Time Visitors." We are going to look at why some people don't return to your church. We will look at decor, dress, attitude, and all Ministry of Helps departments. I am often told that the pastor is the reason that people don't return. It is a proven fact that the first person you meet in a new location determines if you return or not. This workshop is for all who are serving in the Ministry of Helps and leadership in the church.

Workshop Synopsis:
Ushers and greeters are your first line of welcome in the local church. This 3 hour workshop helps to promote church growth, presents ways of protecting the anointing by minimizing distractions, and teaches how to become good role models during the offering. This workshop emphasizes the importance of bringing order in the house of God.
